The Simple Genius Process was created by Trent Hiott and Mark Combs after years of building businesses together. Along the way, they built, grew, and sold multiple companies through multiple eight figure exits. Mark Combs, CFA, brings a disciplined financial perspective shaped by years of building companies and making decisions where the numbers matter. Trent brings years of experience operating and building companies, as well as working with other business owners to think through problems, make decisions, and move toward their goals.

Together, they have experienced the pressure that comes with being responsible for the whole thing. They have seen goals change, problems surface, priorities compete, and important decisions come back to the person at the top. Over time, those experiences shaped a repeatable way to understand a business, determine what matters, and decide what to do next.
